Randy I. Anderson, Ph.D., is the inaugural Howard Phillips Eminent Scholar Chair in Real Estate and will be directing the University of Central Florida’s research and education institute housed in the College of Business Administration. Anderson has been active in the real estate business since 1991 as a researcher, owner, investor, and strategist. Anderson is the owner of a boutique investment banking firm in Winter Park, Florida that provides debt, mezzanine, and equity financing for real estate projects throughout the United States.
Prior to this, he served as president of CNL Real Estate Advisors in Orlando where he was responsible for overseeing CNL’s non-REIT real estate transactions including research, origination, acquisition, finance and management. Under his leadership, CNL Real Estate Advisors was one of the most successful start-ups in CNL’s history and managed nearly $700 million of real estate deals in its first year of operation.
Prior to CNL, he served as the Ryder Eminent Scholar Chair and professor of Real Estate/Finance at Florida International University (FIU). While working at FIU, Anderson also served as the chief economist and director of research for Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s largest real estate firms. Prior to joining FIU, he served as vice president of investment research at Prudential Real Estate Investors and held the William Newman Endowed Chair of Real Estate Finance at Baruch College, the City University of New York.
Anderson has published more than 50 articles, many in premier real estate journals. He also serves as a co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and the Journal of Real Estate Literature and has been featured as a distinguished lecturer at Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. Recently, the American Real Estate Society awarded him with the Kinnard Young Scholar Award, which recognizes an outstanding young real estate scholar under the age of 40. Anderson holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Jerome L. Gould has over thirty-five years of executive management experience having successfully fulfilled the responsibilities related to the positions of CFO, COO and CEO.
Mr. Gould has had responsibility for assets ranging from $50 to $250 million and the management of people, from 50 to 900, with closely held entrepreneurial businesses. His experience includes manufacturing (electronics, precision machining,), sales and distribution (industrial supplies), accounting and consulting (Principal in charge of Small Business Practice of Deloitte & Touche, commercial real estate sales and leasing (office buildings, retail centers, hotels, land sales), management consulting (general practice). He has participated in successful company re-engineering, establishment of management teams, systems development, and financial restructuring.
Currently, Mr. Gould performs consulting services through his wholly owned business, Business Mentoring & Consulting, Inc., a firm focused on closely held and family owned businesses (In addition, I serve on Boards of four companies ranging in size from $50 to $250 million sales.
A graduate of The University of Notre Dame, Mr. Gould is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and The Christian Motorcyclists Association. He resides in Lecanto, Florida.

Ziad Khoury is the founder and President of the Frontline Performance Group (formerly the Khoury Group). He is the originator and developer of the Khoury Performance Equation (KPE), a comprehensive and proven blueprint on how to create a high-performing, service-based sales culture. Khoury is a sought after speaker and the author of a new book to be released Aug., 1st 2009 called Frontline Profit Machine: The Blueprint for Exploding profit through your Existing Service and Sales Team.
Khoury and his team have served many clients across numerous industries, including automotive, insurance, real-estate, retail, direct sales, call center and travel. A sample of his clients includes: Virgin Holidays, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Florida Insurance Services, Canadian Tire, Budget, Avis, Alamo and Travel Jigsaw.
Khoury is one of the founders of the Orlando Young Presidents Chapter and is currently chapter chair. In addition to The Frontline Performance Group, Khoury is shareholder and advisor to 4 other companies in the real-estate, claims collections and call center fields. He lives in Orlando with his wife and 2 kids.
