Pavements and roadways represent an immense taxpayer investment. It is essential that this investment is maintained at the highest level possible with the available funding.
The Progressive Pavement Management Program will optimize road repair and maintenance activities and funding for municipalities and road owners using a design-build delivery method. Our goal, in this program, is to guarantee the right treatment to the right road at the right time. The implementation of these treatments will be based on established engineering, economic, and environmental principles. The result for road owners will be higher quality pavements, lower life-cycle costs, and a 50% reduction in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
“If, your funding for resurfacing over the next six years is $xx/year then we will optimize those funds and guarantee you a pavement condition of y at the end of that time period.” We will provide all the engineering, all the design, implement all resurfacing and pavement management strategies, train personnel to monitor PCI, and verify results through accepted engineering standards as provided by ASTM and The Army Corps of Engineers. |
